Synopsis:
A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEBT — Venom escapes from the Vault by deceiving guards with his shapeshifting symbiote. Meanwhile, Spider-Man battles Hydro-Man during a payroll heist but fails to capture him. With money troubles mounting and Mary Jane’s finances tied up, Peter and MJ move back in with Aunt May. As Peter uncovers Nathan Lubensky’s gambling problem, he promises to protect Aunt May and confronts loan sharks targeting Nathan. At night, Spider-Man thwarts the mobsters in a dramatic alley showdown. Across the country, Eddie Brock hitchhikes back to New York—driven by his hatred of Spider-Man.
