Synopsis:
The Shell of the Dragon — Several criminals discuss their control over the city’s restaurants. Beancurd boasts that they’ve forced most eateries to use their inferior ingredients, except one holdout, angering their boss, Gorko. When a mutated creature named Fong—once human—interrupts, Gorko subdues it violently. Meanwhile, the Turtles arrive at the harbor hungry and are led by a local boy to Hu-Shang’s restaurant. When punks attack the place, the Turtles step in to defend it, defeating the gang with ease. As the attackers flee, a mysterious figure dressed in white observes from the shadows, hinting at more trouble to come.
