Synopsis:
Captain America tries to help the Hulk and gains a new sidekick in the process. While attempting to aid the bewildered Hulk during a military pursuit, Cap crosses paths with Rick Jones. After a misunderstanding, Rick dons the Bucky costume, initially angering Cap, but he soon relents. Responding to an alert, Cap and the new Bucky infiltrate a Hydra base. In the ensuing battle, Cap seemingly falls to a Hydra agent wearing a power vest—only to reveal he had been posing as the agent all along. Madame Hydra escapes, but Cap deems Rick worthy of the Bucky mantle. A classic Jim Steranko tale.
