Synopsis:
The Ringmaster and his Circus of Crime return to New York with a new scheme to hypnotize the audience and rob them during their performance. Peter Parker, attending the show to take photographs for the Daily Bugle, falls under the Ringmaster's spell. Daredevil, also present in his civilian identity as Matt Murdock, resists the hypnosis due to his blindness. As Daredevil confronts the Circus of Crime, the Ringmaster manipulates the hypnotized Spider-Man into battling Daredevil. After a brief skirmish, Daredevil helps Spider-Man break free from the hypnosis. Together, they defeat the Circus of Crime, leading to the apprehension of the Ringmaster and his cohorts.
