History of this copy:
I purchased this copy directly from Jason Eastman, Kevin Eastman's nephew. It was given to him back when the book first released along with some cool correspondence from Kevin. Jason wrote a paper for a school assignment at the time time talking about what went into publishing a comic and Kevin helped out with lots of information about the early days of TMNT and gave him this copy. It has not been pressed, although I'm not sure it would get a bump. I believe JSA can certify the signature without regrading it but you'd have to check with them on that. That's what I would do to get the new case and black/gold label without having to pay for pressing as well. I don't have the actual copies of the correspondence but I can try to get better photocopies from Jason.
