Synopsis:
This issue marks the debut of the Hobgoblin, with Roderick Kingsley taking on the mantle. Peter Parker, having a quiet day with Aunt May and Nathan Lubensky, finds his life interrupted by a car chase and an encounter with a bank robber. His pursuit leads him through the sewers and into a hidden lair filled with the equipment of the Green Goblin. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure, having looted the Goblin's lair, begins to fashion his own version of the Green Goblin's equipment and emerges as the Hobgoblin.
