Synopsis:
TMNT vs. the Mousers: The Turtles and Splinter watch a TV story about Dr. Baxter Stockman and his rodent-killing robotic Mousers, demonstrated by his assistant April O'Neil. Weeks later, rat populations drop and bank heists rise. April suspects the Mousers’ involvement, but Baxter lures her into a trap, revealing his plan to use them for crime. She escapes into the sewers, where the Turtles destroy the Mousers and rescue her. Learning their origin story, April helps them confront Baxter in his underground lab. The Turtles defeat him, but not before he programs the Mousers to destroy their home. Donatello and April shut them down while the others fight them off.
