Synopsis:
DOC OCK WINS! After Doctor Octopus causes Aunt May to pass out, Spider-Man hunts down his enemy in a rage. While Otto taunts him via monitor and escapes once again, Peter finds no leads and returns home to a recovering Aunt May, who still believes Otto is innocent. Meanwhile, Octavius steals a powerful nullifier device from the military using a disguised repair truck. Spider-Man tracks him to Stark Industries, where Doc Ock uses the nullifier to disable the facility. In the ensuing battle, Spider-Man is struck by the nullifier and loses his memory. Taking advantage of his amnesia, Doctor Octopus convinces him they are allies, setting the stage for major consequences to come.
