Synopsis:
Spider-Man, suffering from a dislocated shoulder, is saved by Black Cat during a fight with the Puma, who was hired by the Rose to kill the web-slinger. Puma, unable to land a hit on Black Cat due to her powers, falls through a roof, allowing Spidey and Cat to escape. Meanwhile, Kingpin learns of the contract on Spider-Man and demands a meeting with the Rose.
