Synopsis:
SHOOT-OUT IN CENTRAL PARK! Spider-Man battles the Tarantula aboard a ship only to be attacked by the Punisher, who mistakenly believes Spidey is an accomplice. After realizing his error, the Punisher arranges a midnight meeting where he shares intel on the Tarantula's origins. The two team up to take down the villain, while Harry Osborn uncovers Peter Parker's secret and plots revenge for his father's death.
