Synopsis:
This issue is a reprinting of X-Men #31. Ralph Roberts, an inventor, builds a suit of cobalt armor patterned after Iron Man's tech. When he loses control of the power, he becomes the destructive Cobalt Man, forcing the X-Men to intervene and stop him before he triggers a nuclear accident.
