Synopsis:
In *Armageddon Now*, the X-Men and the Starjammers face off against Emperor D'Ken, who threatens to destroy the universe while trying to utilize the power of the M'Kraan Crystal. The teams discover that when the stars align, the crystal becomes available to D'Ken. The X-Men and Starjammers battle the M'Kraan Crystal's Guardians, including Jahf, who knocks Wolverine into orbit, and Modt. As the story unfolds, Phoenix’s powers are boosted by the life forces of the X-Men and Starjammers, allowing her to repair the damage to the crystal and prevent the destruction of the universe.
