Synopsis:
ORDEALS!
Spider-Man visits Felicia Hardy in the hospital and then heads to Empire State University to take a leave of absence, navigating administrative red tape and frustration. Meanwhile, Mary Jane struggles with her feelings for Peter as she spends time with Harry and Liz Osborn. A break-in at Osborn Industries catches Spider-Man's attention, and he suspects the Hobgoblin’s involvement.
Spider-Man investigates a robbery at an Osborn chemical warehouse, intercepting the thieves and placing a spider-tracer on their vehicle. However, the truck is remotely piloted and crashes, while the real criminal, Lefty Donovan, escapes in a hidden van. Back at the Hobgoblin’s hideout, Lefty reports in as the villain recovers from previous injuries and seeks to replicate the Green Goblin’s strength formula. The Hobgoblin begins laying the groundwork for his next move.
