Synopsis:
Before Nick Fury even knows his assailant is there, shots ring out and Fury collapses! The figure removes its mask... only to reveal Nick Fury! The real Fury had been testing out Life Model Decoys with Dum Dum Dugan in a simulator room. When one of the decoys is shot more times than expected, Fury suspects foul play. His only clue: a card marked with a scorpion emblem. Meanwhile, strange events unfold in Las Vegas with a comedian in debt, a mobster looking to rise, and a mysterious figure bearing the scorpion symbol. Fury tests a new armored suit in the desert, only to find himself sabotaged and in danger. After escaping via rocket sled, Fury returns to confront Scorpio — the villain behind it all — leading to a dramatic clash inside S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters.
